Most of our members have a college degree and 5-15 years of professional experience. We partner with companies in a range of sectors and align talent based on four different categories – experience, transferable skills, personal preferences and energizers.

We encourage you to complete your WAIV Story as thoroughly as possible and will give you the ability to select which data points are visible to potential employers (and which you just want us to have behind the scenes for matching purposes). The more complete your profile, the higher the probability we can connect you with your next great role leveraging our proprietary model.
